There gjbt a washing machine, microwave, ceramic hob, fridge-freezer and a small apartment. To the apartment belongs a small balcony, to cool down there is a community pool. SAT-TV is also available and the possibility (optional) to use fiber optic internet for 20 € monthly. A rate of €70 per month has to be paid for electricity and water. Pets are not allowed.

Available from 01.05.2025. If the rental period is less than one year, the rent is increased by €100 per month, but by at least one month's rent.
