Beautiful, spacious and well-kept flat in a quiet location, only approx. 15 minutes by car from Maspalomas, in the small village of ‘Aldea Blanca’.

After entering the building, you can easily take the lift to the flat. Via the terrace you enter the cosy living area with a modern fitted kitchen, a large fridge and air conditioning. From there you enter the two bedrooms, each of which is equipped with wardrobes. The bathroom has an easily accessible, almost level-access shower.

The nearest larger town, Vecindario, is around 10 minutes away by car. To the monthly rent there have to be paid 60 € for water & electricity and 15 € for the fiber optic internet every month.
