Bungalow in Maspalomas

The bungalow is located in the Campo International district, between Playa del Inglés and Maspalomas. This quiet area mainly consists of bungalow and apartment complexes with well-maintained gardens. Two supermarkets and various restaurants, bars, and leisure clubs are within walking distance. An 18-hole golf course, “Campo de Golf,” has a public restaurant. Additionally, there is a German hairdresser, a dentist, and a gym in a small community facility. Entertainment options are provided by the recently opened beach club "Ocean" and the Holiday World leisure complex, offering a variety of recreational and dining experiences.

The property is situated in a blind alley and is part of a complex with 11 bungalows. The complex is not intended for tourist rentals, as the bungalows are mainly used by their owners. The entrance and the private garage are located on the street side. The bungalow is wheelchair accessible. The terrace, which is away from the street, has a second entrance that leads to the shared swimming pool. The plot is not overlooked, providing a quiet environment for relaxation.

The previous owner placed great importance on security. Accordingly, four electrically operated, sturdy shutters were installed for added protection. The electrical system was updated in 2021 to meet current safety standards. An additional kitchen was added in the enclosed patio area. Two large fridge-freezers provide ample storage space. The air conditioning system, which can provide both heating and cooling, was serviced in 2023.

Each of the two bedrooms has an adjoining shower room with a toilet. The spacious living room is centrally located with access to all rooms and the terrace. Tiles have been laid throughout the bungalow, on the terrace, in the garage, and along the pathway leading to the house. A satellite system is available for TV reception, and TV streaming services can also be used via the fiber-optic internet connection.

Residents of the bungalow complex have access to a shared swimming pool. This area was extensively renovated and redesigned in 2023. The depth of the pool was reduced to 1.35 meters, and the pool coating was renewed. The outdoor area was redesigned, and the fence was equipped with a privacy screen. The costs for these improvements were covered by the community’s existing funds, and the community account remains debt-free.
