After you have parked your car in front of the small house (only 5 parties), you enter the top floor of this pleasant "Ático flat". It has a cosy living area with fitted kitchen (incl. dishwasher), a bathroom, a master bedroom with large fitted wardrobes and separate terrace (approx. 11 sqm) and a second, slightly smaller bedroom. From this bedroom, as well as from the living room, you have access to the large sun terrace with outdoor sink and the washing machine stored in the cupboard. The property will be handed over furnished, except for a few items.

The community fees is only €8.33 per month (around €100 per year).

Vecindario is located in the municipality of Santa Lucia de Tirajana and has a population of around 70,000. The town offers you many amenities, such as the CC Atlantico shopping centre, which is only 10 minutes away (on foot), the large shopping street Avenida de Gran Canaria, numerous sports facilities, public parks and much more. The dunes to Maspalomas or Playa del Inglés are only about 15 minutes away by car, the beach to Arinaga about 10 minutes and the airport about 15 minutes.
