The owner has had the bungalow core renovated in 2019 including newly poured foundations as well as sealing all walls and floors against rising damp, new water and sewage pipes and a new electrical installation. The cost of this core renovation is proven to be more than € 200,000, as always high quality materials were used. Thus, the floor was laid with porcelain stoneware, high-quality double-glazed aluminum windows and a security front door from Germany were installed.

From the street one enters the property and is directly on the terrace that surrounds the bungalow. There is a small winter garden with windows, sliding door and heater provided, should it be a little colder. Through the front door you enter the living area with the spacious kitchen. For water heating, there is an air-source heat pump on the roof, thanks to which it is possible to efficiently heat the hot water. In addition, a gutter was also installed, which is rather a rarity in the Canary Islands.

At the front of the terrace is a small utility room with washing machine and condenser dryer, adjacent to the seating area on the back terrace area is a storage room.
