The house is detached and is situated in an excellent, quiet location facing west with a beautiful view of the deep blue Atlantic Ocean, the popular bathing bay "Playa de Amadores", the neighbouring island of Tenerife and the impressive mountains of Gran Canaria.

After entering the small residential complex, you walk only a few metres, past the beautiful pool area, to your new, modernised domicile.

On the ground floor you will find a stylish and spacious living area with dining area, a modern fitted kitchen with all electrical appliances, a bathroom with shower and a practical utility room with washing machine. From the living room you enter one of the two terraces, ideal for relaxation or a nice dinner with friends.
