The house is detached and is situated in an excellent, quiet location facing west with a beautiful view of the deep blue Atlantic Ocean, the popular bathing bay "Playa de Amadores", the neighbouring island of Tenerife and the impressive mountains of Gran Canaria.
After entering the small residential complex, you walk only a few metres, past the beautiful pool area, to your new, modernised domicile.
On the ground floor you will find a stylish and spacious living area with dining area, a modern fitted kitchen with all electrical appliances, a bathroom with shower and a practical utility room with washing machine. From the living room you enter one of the two terraces, ideal for relaxation or a nice dinner with friends. With our pleasant year-round temperatures (usually between 20-28 °C), life in Gran Canaria is mainly outdoors.
If you go from the living area to the upper floor via a wide staircase, you will find two spacious bedrooms with built-in wardrobes and another bathroom. This part of the house is also very friendly, modern and furnished to a high standard. From both bedrooms you can enjoy the beautiful, approx. 30 sqm large sun terrace with a fantastic view. The elegant lounge furniture invites you to linger endlessly. Should you prefer some shade instead of the Canarian sun, two electrically extendable awnings are available.

The following points, among others, were implemented and taken into account during the very costly and elaborate core renovation:

- Conversion terrace upper floor (extended, removal of front roofing)
- Conversion of 2 bedrooms (enlarged by moving the outer walls to the terrace)

- All floors in the house renovated and newly tiled to a high standard
- Bathrooms both completely new (high quality floor and wall tiles, sanitary, installations, furniture)
